• Allan Hubbard,

    In 1977, Al Hubbard co-founded E&A Industries. Along with searching for new acquisition opportunities, Al is instrumental in the oversight of E&A’s current portfolio holdings.

    In addition to his work at E&A Industries, Al served in the White House under two different administrations. During the George H.W. Bush administration, Al was Deputy Chief of Staff to Vice President Dan Quayle and Executive Director of the President’s Council on Competitiveness. More recently for President George W. Bush, Al was Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Director of the National Economic Council. Currently, Al serves on the Board of Directors of the Simon Property Group, The Heritage Group, the Lumina Foundation, and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education.

    Al earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, and his B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.

  • Devin Anderson,

    Chief Executive Officer ׀ President ׀ Partner

    Devin Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer / President of E&A companies. Devin oversees E&A’s portfolio companies and leads the acquisition team.

    In 1997, Devin led the acquisition and operations of Gilchrist & Soames, a purveyor of fine English toiletries in the North American independent luxury hotel market. Under his leadership, the company grew from a regional company with 10 employees and $6 million in revenue to a global company with 120 employees and $45 million in revenue. E&A sold Gilchrist & Soames in October 2007 to Swander Pace Capital in San Francisco. More recently, Devin was the President / CEO of Udi’s Healthy Foods, the leading U.S. manufacturer of gluten free baked goods.  Devin guided Udi’s from $6 million in revenue in 2010 to a run rate in excess of $100 million in revenue by June 2012.  E&A sold Udi’s to Boulder Brands in July of 2012.

    Prior to joining E&A companies in 1997, Devin served in a number of political and governmental leadership positions in the Republican Party including Chief of Staff to Indiana Congressman David McIntosh and U.S. Senator Dan Coats.

    Devin received a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin College. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a Trustee of Franklin College and is active in several not-for-profit organizations.

  • Robert Fuller,

    Vice President of Operations

    Bob Fuller joined the U.S. Navy after high school where he trained as a Marine Mechanic.  While in the Navy, Bob completed Nuclear Power School.  For most of his career, he served as a Water Chemistry Technician managing the reactor coolant and radiation monitoring systems aboard the USS Long Beach, CGN9.

    After his time in the Navy, Bob joined E&A in 1978 as a Warehouse Technician with Car Brite.  Demonstrating an exceedingly high aptitude for operations and general management, Bob quickly rose through the E&A ranks to Vice President of Operations.  Over the past 35 years, Bob has developed, overseen, and improved most of E&A companies’ operations.  Currently, Bob is improving Lyssé’s operational effectiveness as well as assisting with transitioning new acquisitions into the E&A family.  In addition, he plays a key role in the due diligence process.

     

  • Matt Eggleston,

    Vice President of Digital Services & Analytics

    Matt joined E&A in February 2017 and is the Company’s Digital Lead. His principal responsibilities revolve around assisting E&A’s portfolio companies with their digital architecture.

    Prior to joining E&A, Matt held leadership positions in the software and analytics space, with specific focus in digital advertising, IoT and big data. Most recently, Matt served as the Global Digital Solutions Data & Analytics Lead for Roche Diabetes Care. Prior to Roche, Matt was the Director of Digital Analytics at DeveloperTown, a software consulting firm which focuses on helping established companies drive growth through digital innovation.

    Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Butler University.
