• Allan Hubbard,

    Chairman ׀ Partner

    In 1977, Al Hubbard co-founded E&A Industries. Along with searching for new acquisition opportunities, Al is instrumental in the oversight of E&A’s current portfolio holdings.

    In addition to his work at E&A Industries, Al served in the White House under two different administrations. During the George H.W. Bush administration, Al was Deputy Chief of Staff to Vice President Dan Quayle and Executive Director of the President’s Council on Competitiveness. More recently for President George W. Bush, Al was Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Director of the National Economic Council. Currently, Al serves on the Board of Directors of the Simon Property Group, The Heritage Group, the Lumina Foundation, and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education.

    Al earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, and his B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.

  • Devin Anderson,

    Chief Executive Officer ׀ President ׀ Partner

    Devin Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer / President of E&A companies. Devin oversees E&A’s portfolio companies and leads the acquisition team.

    In 1997, Devin led the acquisition and operations of Gilchrist & Soames, a purveyor of fine English toiletries in the North American independent luxury hotel market. Under his leadership, the company grew from a regional company with 10 employees and $6 million in revenue to a global company with 120 employees and $45 million in revenue. E&A sold Gilchrist & Soames in October 2007 to Swander Pace Capital in San Francisco. More recently, Devin was the President / CEO of Udi’s Healthy Foods, the leading U.S. manufacturer of gluten free baked goods.  Devin guided Udi’s from $6 million in revenue in 2010 to a run rate in excess of $100 million in revenue by June 2012.  E&A sold Udi’s to Boulder Brands in July of 2012.

    Prior to joining E&A companies in 1997, Devin served in a number of political and governmental leadership positions in the Republican Party including Chief of Staff to Indiana Congressman David McIntosh and U.S. Senator Dan Coats.

    Devin received a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin College. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a Trustee of Franklin College and is active in several not-for-profit organizations.

  • Jason Kashman,

    Chief Financial Officer

    Jason joined E&A in 2008 and is the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Jason provides financial oversight for all of E&A’s portfolio companies. In addition, Jason provides overall leadership concerning new acquisitions, capital investments, and resource allocation.

    Prior to joining E&A, Jason held positions in various aspects of corporate finance. Jason’s work focused on technical financial analysis and M&A for both a NYSE listed firm and a large private equity group.  In 2008, Jason was hired as E&A’s Director of Business Development. He was charged with leading the search for acquisition candidates.

    In 2009, Jason identified Udi’s Healthy Foods as a potential acquisition target and led the due diligence effort. As a result, E&A Industries acquired Udi’s in early 2010. After the acquisition, Jason was deployed to Denver to assist with managing the company. During his time with Udi’s, Jason held two executive positions, Corporate Controller and Chief Operating Officer, as well as being involved in a number of other financial and technical aspects of the business. Jason was instrumental in the success of Udi’s and eventual divestiture to Boulder Brands in July of 2012. After the divestiture of Udi’s, Jason returned to E&A as its Chief Financial Officer.

    Jason earned both his B.S. and MBA in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

  • Sheron Bowman,

    Vice President Human Resources

    Sheron Bowman is Vice President of Human Resources for E&A. Sheron provides overall leadership and coordination of E&A’s Human Resource functions. Along with developing and implementing corporate Human Resource strategies and programs, Sheron directly administers the Human Resource functions of the E&A portfolio companies.

    Prior to joining E&A in 2015, Sheron held corporate Human Resources roles at BIC, The MENTOR Network and Inland Paperboard and Packaging with a focus on change management to help individuals and businesses move through the change phases during mergers, acquisitions and system implementations. Additionally, Sheron owned and operated a start-up business in the food industry.

    Sheron earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University.

  • Robert Fuller,

    Vice President of Operations

    Bob Fuller joined the U.S. Navy after high school where he trained as a Marine Mechanic.  While in the Navy, Bob completed Nuclear Power School.  For most of his career, he served as a Water Chemistry Technician managing the reactor coolant and radiation monitoring systems aboard the USS Long Beach, CGN9.

    After his time in the Navy, Bob joined E&A in 1978 as a Warehouse Technician with Car Brite.  Demonstrating an exceedingly high aptitude for operations and general management, Bob quickly rose through the E&A ranks to Vice President of Operations.  Over the past 35 years, Bob has developed, overseen, and improved most of E&A companies’ operations.  Currently, Bob is improving Lyssé’s operational effectiveness as well as assisting with transitioning new acquisitions into the E&A family.  In addition, he plays a key role in the due diligence process.


  • Bill Welch,

    Director of Business Development

    Bill joined E&A in March 2017 and is the company’s Director of Business Development.  In this role, Bill actively seeks new opportunities both as new platform companies and add-ons to current portfolio holdings.  He also provides due diligence and support to the acquisition team.

    Prior to joining E&A, Bill held senior operational roles for start-ups in the fast-casual restaurants and retail clothing industries.  He began his career in valuation and risk advisory with Ernst & Young, LLP.

    Bill earned his B.A., cum laude, in Economics from the College of William & Mary.

  • Nico D’Antonio,

    Business Development Analyst

    Nico Joined the E&A team in March of 2017 as a Business Development Analyst. It is Nico’s job to search for new acquisition opportunities by working with business brokers, investment bankers, and company owners about their needs and interests.

    Prior to joining E&A, Nico worked for in Government Affairs for the Indiana Red Cross and Legal Compliance at Indiana University Health.  Currently, Nico is pursuing a MBA from the Kelley School of Business and a JD from the McKinney School of Law.  In 2015, Nico earned his B.S. in Finance and Management from Indiana University, Bloomington.
