• Allan Hubbard,

    In 1977, Al Hubbard co-founded E&A Industries. Along with searching for new acquisition opportunities, Al is instrumental in the oversight of E&A’s current portfolio holdings.

    In addition to his work at E&A Industries, Al served in the White House under two different administrations. During the George H.W. Bush administration, Al was Deputy Chief of Staff to Vice President Dan Quayle and Executive Director of the President’s Council on Competitiveness. More recently for President George W. Bush, Al was Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Director of the National Economic Council. Currently, Al serves on the Board of Directors of the Simon Property Group, The Heritage Group, the Lumina Foundation, and the Indiana Commission for Higher Education.

    Al earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, and his B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.

  • Devin Anderson,

    Chief Executive Officer ׀ President ׀ Partner

    Devin Anderson is the Chief Executive Officer / President of E&A companies. Devin oversees E&A’s portfolio companies and leads the acquisition team.

    In 1997, Devin led the acquisition and operations of Gilchrist & Soames, a purveyor of fine English toiletries in the North American independent luxury hotel market. Under his leadership, the company grew from a regional company with 10 employees and $6 million in revenue to a global company with 120 employees and $45 million in revenue. E&A sold Gilchrist & Soames in October 2007 to Swander Pace Capital in San Francisco. More recently, Devin was the President / CEO of Udi’s Healthy Foods, the leading U.S. manufacturer of gluten free baked goods.  Devin guided Udi’s from $6 million in revenue in 2010 to a run rate in excess of $100 million in revenue by June 2012.  E&A sold Udi’s to Boulder Brands in July of 2012.

    Prior to joining E&A companies in 1997, Devin served in a number of political and governmental leadership positions in the Republican Party including Chief of Staff to Indiana Congressman David McIntosh and U.S. Senator Dan Coats.

    Devin received a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin College. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a Trustee of Franklin College and is active in several not-for-profit organizations.

  • Chris Cobb,

    Chris joined E&A in October of 2022 and is the Company’s CFO.  He provides financial oversight to all of E&A’s portfolio companies, as well as overall leadership concerning new acquisitions, capital investments, and resource allocation.

    In his 20 years of providing financial leadership prior to joining E&A, Chris had built world-class finance teams that drove measurable business impact and financial accountability.  This included deep involvement in financial planning and analysis, investor relations, M&A, and organizational leadership.  These experiences were gained, most recently, founding a corporate financial consulting firm, preceded by leading finance teams in both public and private retailers and manufacturers of various sizes.  Chris started his career in the audit practice at the largest accounting firm in the U.S.

    Chris earned both his Bachelor’s Degree and his Master of Science in Accounting Degree from Ball State University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Michelle Farrell,

    Vice President of Human Resources

    Michelle Farrell joined E&A in May of 2021 and is the Vice President of Human Resources for E&A. Michelle provides overall human capital leadership to E&A and its portfolio companies.

    Leveraging over 20 years as an HR executive and innovative change management leader for global multi-billion dollar companies across multiple businesses, Michelle helped industry leading companies develop and execute HR talent management roadmaps aligning complex stakeholder groups with the overall mission while accelerating growth.

    Michelle’s diverse background includes most recently heading up the HR Strategy and Talent Development team in the airline industry. Prior to that she founded an executive HR consultancy firm with clients in technical services, manufacturing, transportation, and her roots began in varying HR leadership roles within the lighting industry.

    Michelle holds her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University Kelly School of business with a double major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. She also holds a number of professional certifications.  For the past five years, Michelle has been an active mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Indianapolis and participates in several local volunteerism activities.

  • Robert Fuller,

    Vice President of Operations

    Bob Fuller joined the U.S. Navy after high school where he trained as a Marine Mechanic.  While in the Navy, Bob completed Nuclear Power School.  For most of his career, he served as a Water Chemistry Technician managing the reactor coolant and radiation monitoring systems aboard the USS Long Beach, CGN9.

    After his time in the Navy, Bob joined E&A in 1978 as a Warehouse Technician with Car Brite.  Demonstrating an exceedingly high aptitude for operations and general management, Bob quickly rose through the E&A ranks to Vice President of Operations.  Over the past 35 years, Bob has developed, overseen, and improved most of E&A companies’ operations.  Currently, Bob is improving Lyssé’s operational effectiveness as well as assisting with transitioning new acquisitions into the E&A family.  In addition, he plays a key role in the due diligence process.

     

  • Matt Eggleston,

    Vice President of Digital Services & Analytics

    Matt joined E&A in February 2017 and is the Company’s Digital Lead. His principal responsibilities revolve around assisting E&A’s portfolio companies with their digital architecture.

    Prior to joining E&A, Matt held leadership positions in the software and analytics space, with specific focus in digital advertising, IoT and big data. Most recently, Matt served as the Global Digital Solutions Data & Analytics Lead for Roche Diabetes Care. Prior to Roche, Matt was the Director of Digital Analytics at DeveloperTown, a software consulting firm which focuses on helping established companies drive growth through digital innovation.

    Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Butler University.
